Q. What is our service area?

A. MES service Nelson, Marlborough, Golden Bay and the West Coast.  For enquiries outside these area’s we can put you I touch with someone who can help.

Q. What is your standard lead time?

A. Standard lead time for most jobs from order date to installation is 12-14 weeks. Installation time is dependent on scheduling and availability of material. We do our best to get your project completed as soon as possible and will keep you informed along the way once we know when production of your goods is taking place. We will work with you to ensure installation occurs at a time that is suitable to both the client and MES.

Q. What are your payment terms?

A. All orders require 50% deposit at time of quote acceptance, with the balance payable upon completion of the job.

Q. Do you offer finance?

A. Yes, we have teamed up with Gilrose Finance to be able to offer competitive finance terms. Depending on the value of the accepted quote, interest free terms of 6-24 months are available.
