Bracket fix is required if house is not high enough at the soffit to allow for appropriate fall and height to outside edge of shelter.

Prices underlined indicate shelters >20m2. Building consent may be required for shelters over 30m2. We will be able to advise on this at quote stage.

The above pricing assumes the following:

A simple rectangular shelter in Matt Ironsand, Titania, Appliance White, Greyfriars or Black.

Good access to site, with no working at heights equipment.

Extra charges may apply for custom colours (68 available), Freight, LED Lights, Downpipe, Flashing (if required), Blinds, Cutting cobbles/tiles, Custom trimming/shapes/sizing and any permit related work/application.

We will provide you with a formal, fixed price quote, specific to the requirements of your project.
